| Plate/Art Charges |
HOT STAMP PLATE CHARGE: $125.00 plus $2.00 per square inch. This is a one time charge. Any artwork needed will be billed under job preparation charges. If an order has not been run in 24 months, Bonita Pioneer is not responsible for condition of the hot stamp plate.
Estimates for job preparation can be obtained through your Customer Service Associate. Artwork and plate charges necessary to produce your order will be on your Order Acknowledgement, indicated on your proof, and billed at cost.
Camera Ready Artwork: Customer supplied artwork will be reviewed upon receipt for fitness to our application. If unusable, customer will be notified as to the nature and cost of preparing satisfactory artwork for our purposes. Artwork estimates and quotations will remain subject to the review of customer supplied art. Photocopies and fax copies are not considered Camera Ready Art.

All new orders are subject to proofing. Additional proofs as a result of customer changes will be billed at cost. No order will be processed until a signed proof is returned to Bonita Pioneer. |

Match 1 Pantone color at No Charge. Additional matches are $50.00
Custom Ink Matches availablle at $50.00 per color. Custom Match charges are for colors other than Pantone.
Custom ink matching charges waived for quantity of 25,000 bags and greater than 5,000 for boxes.

| Drawdowns |
A sample of the standard and/or custom ink selected by the customer, on the actual paper, will be provided with your proof for all new orders and orders with color changes. Drawdowns must be approved and returned before an order can be processed. |

Merchandise Bags: +/- 15% or 1 case whichever is greater.
