    • Type of Printing Flexographic & Hot Stamping
    • Number of Colors Flexo, Ink: Up to 6 Colors (For more than 4-colors apply for pricing); Hot Stamping: 1 color
    • Hot-Stamping Area To determine hot stamping area, draw a square around all copy to be hot stamped, add 1" to both height and width (all edges are parallel to edges of the design). Multiply the length times the width of the square to yield the square inches of the design.
    • Paper / Ink / Coverage Priced as < 25%, 26-65%, 66-100%
    • Faux Textured Groove: Printed pinstripes, for a faux groove appearance, count as 1 color at 50% ink coverage. This is a continuous stripe pattern.
    • Smallest Font Possible Positive: 8 point Helvetica bold; Negative: 12 point Helvetica bold
    • Minimum Line Weight Positive: 1 point rule; Negative: 2 point rule
    • Gusset Printing Available Yes
    • Ink Choices Standard Ink, Pantone Colors, & Custom Ink Matching available.
    • Screens Generally requires running screens and solids on separate printing decks to maximize reproduction quality of the artwork. This sometimes requires screens to be counted as another printing color.
    • Hot-Stamp Film Color Choices 10 stock colors plus many other foil and pigment colors available upon request.

    • Minimum order Hot Stamping: 1,000 (one or two side); Flexographic / Ink Printing: 5,000 paper wine bags (can print all of the bag surface area)
    • Approximate lead time 4-6 weeks after proof approval + Shipping and transit time
    • Proofs charges All new orders are subject to proofing. Additional proofs as a result of customer changes will be billed at cost. Orders will be processed after a signed proof is returned to MrTakeOutBags / BABCOR Packaging.
    • Drawdowns A sample of the standard and/or custom ink selected by the customer, on the actual paper, will be provided with your proof for all new orders and orders with color changes. Drawdowns must be approved and returned so that the order can be processed.

    • 15,000-25,000 +/- 15%
    • 25,000 +/- 10%
    • Merchandise Bags:
    • +/- 15% or 1 case whichever is greater.
