Lightweight Waxed Tissue

SIZE: 12" X 12" Sheets packed in self-dispensing Box.
BASIS WEIGHT: 13 lbs
USES: Used for sanitary handling sheets of food items that are generally dry, not hot or greasy. Common uses include:

High Performance Waxed Tissue

SIZE: 13-1/3" X 13-1/3" Sheets wrapped in film with perforated edge.
BASIS WEIGHT: 18 lbs
USES: Commonly used for everything Light Weight Tissue Sheets are used for but offer a more substantial feel, given the base tissue used is about 35% thicker, AND the size is larger by 1-1/3 inches each way, AND functionally as a basket or tray liner or packaging wrap it is designed for both cold and HOT (and moist) foods.

Menu Tissue - Un-Waxed

SIZE: 12" x 12" Sheets in Dispenser Box
USES: Menu tissue is less expensive than waxed tissue, but is still very useful in the many sanitary handling food service applications. Menu Tissue is Light Weight FULL WET STRENGTH unwaxed tissue which can be used as a:

cookie, pastry or dry food handling sheet
hot dog wrap
small sandwich wrap

In the southwest this type of tissue was commonly used as a Bottle Wrap to deal with condensation on glass soft drink or beer bottles. This type of tissue is NOT designed for hot, greasy applications.
